To Go Meals for Sumner County Students

As we approach this new school year, we know that there is a lot going on and we would like to help make it easier. The Sumner County School Nutrition Program is excited to offer to-go meals for our students.

Here is how it will work.

  • There will be a link on your child’s school website to order your meals.
  • You will be able to order meals on the days that your child is not in a school building.
    • If your child is enrolled in the Sumner Virtual Academy you can order a meal each day.
  • Meals must be ordered no later than 8:00am on the day of pickup.
  • You can order 1 breakfast and 1 lunch per child, per day.
  • Want to eat with your child? Adult meals are available for pickup as well! Prices are listed below.
  • Meal pick up at each school will be between 10:30-11:00 each day and must be picked up by a parent/guardian.
    • Please see the information on your school’s website for the pickup location at each school.

  • Payments can be made online, in person prior to picking up your child’s meal, or when you arrive to pick up the meal.

Medical Forms

Non Prescription Medication Form :: For medications that are not prescribed by a physician, such as Tylenol, Motrin and Cough Drops

Prescription Medication Form :: For daily medication given at school that is prescribed by a physician

Asthma Safety Plan :: For children with asthma (When using this form, you do not need to fill out a Prescription Medication Form.)

Allergy Emergency Plan :: For children needing an Epi Pen at school (When using this form, you do not need to fill out a Prescription Medication Form.)

Seizure Safety Plan :: For children that will have Diastat at school

Prescription Medication, Asthma Safety, Allergy Emergency and Seizure Safety Forms will all need a Physician's signature.

Please do not send any medications with your child to school.

If medication is needed, print and fill out required forms for your child.  Please bring the completed form and medication to Nurse Kellie in the school office.


 End of Year Medication Information

All medications (prescription and non-prescription) MUST be picked up by a parent, guardian or parent-designated adult, by the last full day of instruction, and/or if the child transfers to another school. The school is unable to properly store medications over the summer. 

Medications that remain in the school clinic will be disposed of on the last full instructional day of school(unless other arrangements have been made)
